Accomodation and Travel
Hotel
Presenters and other participants who have not been sponsored are advised to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. However, it should be noted that the organisers have arranged a special group rate with the Golden Tulip Bel Air Hotel for participants in the Forum. The hotel is very close to where the OPCW academic forum will take place and is located on the Johan De Wittlaan 30 in the Hague.
Please note that the hotel has only a limited number of rooms available for this event, so you should book your accommodation as soon as possible.
Reservations can be made by downloading the resevation form, which can be found under the heading documents which becomes visible after registrating, and sending the registration form via fax to the hotel itself.
